Visiting Lecturer of French at Cornell University

The Department of Romance Studies at Cornell University seeks to hire a temporary, full-time, Visiting Lecturer to teach first and second year French language courses. This position is for one year, with the possibility of renewal based on need and funding. The successful candidate will have professional teaching experience in higher education, and native or near-native proficiency in English. Preference will be given to candidates with a M.A. or Ph.D. degree or foreign equivalent in the target language or linguistics, Foreign Language Education or a related field.
